Employee Spotlight – Kayla Spraggins
Kayla joined our team almost nine years ago. As the Controller, she manages C+C's financial commitments, from client contracts and invoicing to bank accounts and more.
While her role comes with a lot of responsibility, Kayla enjoys the opportunity to grow with our company. She proudly supports us in other areas, including licensing, event planning, and office/HR management, where she has been spearheading a company-wide training program initiative.
Reflecting on working at C+C, Kayla is proud of the impact she makes on the company and the quality of work and ethic our company provides to the industry. "I came to C+C because I wanted a grown-up job that didn’t require that I work from 11 pm to 7 am,” Kayla said. “I STAYED at C+C because I was able to daily see how what I did made an impact on the company. I love the people I work with and, some days more than others, love my job."
