In July, we reached a new company record of producing 8,200+ land surveys, a 60% increase in average volume. Achieving this milestone was made possible thanks to the best-in-class builder services provided by our team.

We are also grateful for our customers’ confidence and unwavering support, especially in a time where construction of single-family properties has ramped up across the country. The recent U.S. Commerce Department’s Monthly New Residential Construction Report stated that single-family building permits and new home starts increased 11.8% and 17.2%, respectively, in June above May estimates. We remain cautiously optimistic for a continued uptick in business we are seeing in August.
