Resiliency = Adaptable + Scalable

By: Chris Clark, PLS, PSM – VP of Business Development

Earlier this month, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released the June Jobs Report highlighting a 4.8 million increase in jobs. Most importantly, for the residential building industry, employment grew by 83,000 and overall construction employment increased by 158,000.

The U.S. Secretary of Labor, Eugene Scalia, highlighted that our resilient economy continues to return more people to work more quickly than forecasted. Research shows that resiliency + adaptability are two key characteristics of companies that are able to realize long term sustainability and success.
